In my 6 years of clinical experience, I have come to understand that simply telling someone what they should and shouldn’t be eating, creates more resistance and less change. Instead I encourage you to take personal autonomy and ownership of your health. Together we explore what health means to you, why it’s important, how it will impact your life and any barriers or obstacles that may get in the way. We will explore your own personal values, passions and from there create meaningful goals.
