  • The six session programme is £1250 with the option to pay x2 £625

    The 12 session programme is £2235 with the option to pay x3 £745

  • Yes, many of my clients are working with other practitioners alongside our sessions. I’m always happy to collaborate (with your consent) to ensure your care is cohesive and aligned.

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t need to share your full story for this work to be effective. We’ll move at the pace of your nervous system, gently building your capacity for regulation and safety. Over time, you may feel more resourced and supported to explore deeper layers.

  • I offer a free phone call where we can explore what you’re looking for and how I work. I don’t offer standalone sessions, as this work is most impactful when done over time.

  • Yes, I offer gentle check-in support via email, direct message and voice notes

  • All sessions are currently held online via Zoom. This allows us to connect from the comfort of your own space, which can feel much safer especially when working with the nervous system.
