MONTHLY PROGRAMME 

If you have an eating disorder or an unhealthy relationship with food and are suffering mentally and emotionally with anxiety, depression, low self esteem, emotional eating, or high stress then this programme is for you.
Combining my knowledge of nutrition, functional medicine and psychology I will work to help you get to a place of good health, mentally and physically. I work to the root cause, address physiological imbalances through practical and realistic changes to your diet and address emotional blocks or negative beliefs that may be holding you back. 
This programme allows me to offer you compact support so that together we can help you to restore your relationship with food, as quickly as possible.

HERE'S WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • An initial 60-minute nutrition and lifestyle assessment
  • Weekly sessions - these will be either 60 or 30-minute sessions where I can support you closely in your changes and work with any challenges that come up.
  • Personalised plans and weekly goals
  • Handouts and any additional support material to help you on your journey
  • Personalised meal plans & recipes to suit you
  • Each session will be tailored to what you need at that time, and always with your health goals in mind.

By offering weekly support it allows me to help you to implement real change whilst tackling any questions or challenges that may arise, as and when they come up. The monthly programme is not a quick fix, therefore I recommend at least 3-6 months to implement changes that will last a lifetime.



SIX WEEK PROGRAMME 

This is great for those that already have a foundation of nutrition but require a little extra support towards a specific goal and want to learn more. This package will equip you with the tools and knowledge to take back control of your health.

  • 60-minute Initial functional nutrition & lifestyle assessment - You will be asked to complete a questionnaire and keep a food diary for a few days prior to this session.
  • Two hours’ worth of follow-up online sessions (30 minute weekly calls

Weekly accountability allows me to tackle any challenges or barriers as they arise. In my clinical experience I have found working with clients on a weekly basis, eliminates the opportunity for old habits to slip back & to helps to change the way you eat & lear healthy habits & behaviours that last a lifetime.

THREE MONTH PROGRAMME 

This programme is designed to offer specific support around a specific issue or symptom. Maybe you have had it for so long that this it is now ‘normal’ to you. 
Using a functional medicine approach, I am looking for the why! This programme looks into the root cause of your health problem/s, rather than just treating the symptoms. All of the systems in our body are intrinsically linked and If one of those systems are out of balance, it can have a knock-on effect on the other systems, and start to cause health problems. This programme is designed to help you get back in control of your health rather than it controlling you.

HERE'S WHAT INCLUDED:
  • 60-minute online functional nutrition & lifestyle assessment looking at your health up until this point, your diet and your lifestyle. You will be asked to complete a questionnaire and keep a food diary for a seven days prior to this session.
  • Four hours worth of follow-up online sessions (This time can used in 30-minute or 1-hour increments) - By working on a weekly basis, it means that I can support you closely in your changes and work with any challenges as and when they come up.
  • Weekly food diary feedback
  • Discounted health professional supplements
  • Unlimited email support
  • Downloadable recipes books & meal plans personalised to you
I may recommend specific supplements to support your health and/or functional testing as part of your consultations in order that I can better support you individually. Any testing will be discussed in your sessions as prices vary.

SIX MONTH PROGRAMME
This programme is aimed at people suffering with chronic conditions such as digestive Issues, hormonal imbalances, & disordered relationships with food who want to invest and dig deep into root causes to see long lasting changes. This programme helps piece your health puzzle back together so you can take back control of your health rather than it controlling you.

  • Eight hours’ worth of follow-up online sessions (This time can used in 30-minute or 1-hour increments) - By working on a weekly basis, it means that I can support you closely in your changes and work with any challenges as and when they come up.
