Vegan Vanilla And Chocolate Fudge

This delicious vegan fudge uses only a few staple ingredients and is jam packed full of plant protein and low in sugar.

You may be shocked to see that it uses chickpeas. Yes, that is what gives it the delicious fudge-eey consistency.

All I had to do was blend, pour and allow it to set in the fridge.

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 scoops vanilla protein powder ( I used @formnutrition)
2 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. almond butter
100g dark chocolate


Method
1. Add the chickpeas to a blender and pulse a few times.
2. Add in the vanilla protein and blend again. Next add in melted coconut oil and the almond butter + a pinch of pink salt.
3. Blend until smooth and the mixture sticks together.
4. Transfer to a small dish. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the top before putting in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
