Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Is there anything better than a deliciously chocolate mousse, that is light and fluffy and leaves you feel energised opposed to sluggish?

This is probably one of my favourite desserts/breakfasts/snacks. You can literally eat it anytime. The natural sweetness comes from banana, dates and sweet potato, and the rich darkness from the cacao powder, and creaminess from the nut butter. I can't wait for you to try it.

1 Ripe Banana
1/2 steamed sweet potato
3 tbsp Cacao Powder
2 Medjool Dates
2 tbsp. Nut Butter ( I used @nutcessity Coffee and Walnut)
Dash of oat milk
Handful of granola / nuts & seeds for topping.

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender. It might take a few times pulsing and then scraping down the sides of the blender. The less liquid you add the thicker your mousse consistency.
2. Spoon into glass jars or bowls. Pop in the fridge for 30 miniutes
3. Top with whipped coconut cream, @rawpressco cacao granola and enjoy :)
