This delicious high fibre bread is the perfect way to start your day. Not only will it support gut health and digestion but it contains an array of nutrients such as Zinc & Beta Glucans that support the Immune system, as well as Magnesium needed for energy metabolism.
The high protein content will keep you full through until lunch.
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/3 cup flaxseeds
- 1/3 cup mixed seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
1. Place the oat flour, buckwheat flour, flaxseeds and chia seeds into a food processor. Pulse a few times.
2. Add in the mixed seeds, egg, almond butter, maple syrup, water and milk. Blend until you get a thick smooth mixture.
3. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven and line a baking loaf tin with parchment paper.
4 Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked.
