Rustic Bread Rolls
These bread rolls are so quick and easy to make, and are packed full of protein and fibre. They are perfect toasted and loaded up smashed avocado, hummus and and poached egg for breakfast, or served warm with a warming bowl of soup / dhal.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
1 cup ground flax seeds
1 cup self raising flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp mixed herbs
2 eggs
6 tbsp water
Preheat the oven to 180C. Place the dry ingredients in a bowl. Crack the eggs in and add the water. Leave for 10 minutes. Sprinkle flour on to a surface and knead the dough for a few minutes Form into balls and place on a baking tray. Bake in an oven for 20 minutes or until crispy.

TIP You can make these vegan, by replacing the eggs with chia egg. To make 2 chia eggs add 2 tbsp of chia seeds + 6 tbsp water and leave for a couple of minutes until the chia seeds have absorbed the water.
