This baked oats recipe is so easy, you can make plenty in advance, bake in the morning or simply eat cold. For those super organised people you can even make, bake and freeze!

1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp coconut and cashew nut butter (I use Nutcessity) Or you could use any nut butter and add 1 tbsp coconut
1/4 cup frozen cherries
Start by adding your oats, flaxseeds, protein powder, baking powder, milk and water to a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into an oven safe bowl/dish and top with a swirl of coconut cashew butter/ Bake at 180C/350F for 25 minutes. Remove the baked oats and top with frozen cherries, yogurt and extra nut butter.
