CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD
.I don't know about anybody else, but making banana bread is NEVER a bad idea. Not only because it tastes delicious but its the type of baking where you can throw everything in to a blender and 99% of the time it tastes amazing. The only problem is that it doesn't last very long in my house!
1 cup of ground oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp @nutcessity Caromel Cashew butter
1/4 cup flaxseeds
Pre-heat oven to 180. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend until nice and smooth.
Pour into the lined loaf tin and bake for 35 -40 minutes.
Let cool before slicing. Then top with more @nutcessity cashew butter, sliced bananas and a drizzle of honey.
